Em’s journey with movement started as a dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for mind-body wellness. After earning her Pilates certification in 2020, she began teaching at studios in Perth, creating online content, leading international retreats, and teaching in Indonesia, where she worked with diverse groups from around the world.

Now, Em focuses on mentoring the next generation of Pilates instructors, sharing the skills and insights she’s gained to help others become confident, skilled teachers. She’s committed to equipping her students with the practical tools they need to succeed in the industry.


Em’s classes are fun, high-energy, and empowering. She guides clients to tune into their bodies and challenge themselves physically and mentally, all in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Her intentional, progressive flows and clear cues ensure everyone leaves feeling accomplished and challenged.

    • Mat Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants

    • Mat Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator

    • Reformer Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants

    • Reformer Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator

    • Spot Testing and Mini Flows may be asked of you during your Face-to-Face Days by your Head Educator

    • Submission 1 is due 2 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality

    • Final Submissions are due 6 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality

    • 15 Hours Self Practice per Modality (depending on intake)

    • 10 Hours Observation of Qualified Instructors in a Studio Environment

    • 15 Hours Self Mastery per Modality (depending on intake)

    • The Apprentice Hour Logbook will be due 12 weeks from your first Face-To-Face Day

    • You can start collecting these hours from the Day of Sign Up

  • That’s totally fine, you’ll be given a link to book into your Make Up Session with your Head Educator.
    Session Structure & Cost:

    • 1 x Full Missed Face-To-Face Day = 2 Hours 1:1 Intensive

    • Leaving Early or Arriving Late to a Face-To-Face Day = 1 Hour 1:1 Intensive

    • The Cost is $150.00 per hour

    • Payments must be made in full upon time of booking, bookings will be available depending on your Head Educators Availability

  • Yes, you have 10 online Modules to complete and we have allocated roughly 1 week per module. They can be done faster if the time allows.

    • Online Access will be revoked 12 Weeks from your first Face-to-Face Day

    • Each Module may come with an attached quiz which needs to be completed to move onto the next Module

  • All you’ll need to do before your Face-To-Face day is:

    • Complete Modules 1 & 2 on our Online Portal

    • Arrange your Manuals (either print yourself or purchase hard copies as an add on)
